Lona Snell, M.Ed., LPC-S, EMDR Trained & Owner

Lona is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and has a Master of Education Degree with a certificate in Mental Health Counseling. She is the owner of Grace & Guidance PLLC, and Aspire & Acquire LLC. She has authored The Off Duty Processing Journal and partners with multiple agencies to assist the community with mental health education, counseling, and resources.

She is available Tuesdays-Thursdays for in person sessions and available most Mondays & Fridays virtually, when not doing training or crisis management within the community.

Sasha Higgins, M.Ed., LPC, EMDR Trained

Sasha is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has completed her Master of Education Degree with a Certificate in Mental Health Counseling. She has previously worked as a school counselor and educator within our community, Sasha has assisted with providing behavior health trainings and debriefings and has clinical experience counseling children, adolescents, couples, and adults on a variety of issues.

She is available Mondays-Fridays for in person or virtual sessions.

Jennifer Kiely, M.S., LPC-A, EMDR Trained (Supervised by: Lona Snell, M.Ed., LPC-S)

Jennifer Kiely is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate and has completed her Master of Science Degree in Clinical Counseling. She is a prior professor, EMDR trained, a mother, and has EMS workers among her family. She enjoys working with Veterans, first responders, and adolescents on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

She is available for in person or virtual sessions on Saturdays.

 

Cece Norris, M.Ed., EMDR Trained

Cecelia Norris has a Master Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has specialized in trauma work for the past 3 years. She provides one-on-one guidance to combat veterans, first responders, and civilians. She has clinical experience serving adolescents and adults on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She has been trained in teaching dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) skills training and EMDR.

She is available for in person sessions Mon-Thurs and virtual appts on Fridays.


Jonathan “Brook” Viningre, M.Ed., LPC-A, ICISF Trained (Supervised by: Lona Snell, M.Ed., LPC-S)

Jonathon B. Viningre is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, has a Master degree in Clinical Mental Health and a master degree in leadership and management. He has been in Law Enforcement for 25 years and for the last 20+ years he has been actively involved in Peer Support and Crisis response. He strongly advocates for the practice of self-care and engage in mindfulness techniques as a method for managing stress.

He is available for in person and virtual sessions various days throughout the week.

Phil Conner, Graduate Student/Intern

Phil Conner is currently working towards his Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He is passionate about equipping his clients to overcome personal loss and trauma, combat anxiety, depression, and helping them grow their coping skills. He utilizes CBT and Narrative Therapy techniques to enhance the client’s quality of life.

He is available for in person or virtual appointments on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
